Guests will learn from two highly regarded experts in the field. Emma is a Cheese Consultant and Author, who has just published her first book, 'The Cheese Wheel' which is a guide to flavour on cheese. Perry is the head of cheese at Rennet and Rind and a two times winner of the UK Cheese Affineur of the Year.
